In 2017, Kieu, a 5-year-old diagnosed with Down’s Syndrome, was underweight, in bad health, and had difficulty breathing. She could sit unassisted - barely. She cried a lot, was afraid of people, and “fought” her parents. Life was anything but good.
Because of your ministry at a rural therapy center you provide, Kieu’s leg muscles loosened and she gained strength in her arms and legs. Her attitude improved. She gained the ability to stand with assistance. Then she learned to walk unassisted for 2-3 steps, and later, could walk several steps boldly. Today, Kieu speaks, counts, dresses herself (!), sweeps the house (!), and cooks rice(!). Her parents count it a miracle. Thank you, beloved, for giving her that miracle!
